About Hotfooted:

 

Founded in 1985, Hotfooted Shoes is managed by Nadieh and Peter Hodgson. They bought the family-run business in 2014 from Jo and David Lewis who retired after 30 successful and happy years. 

 

Hotfooted shoes are imported from leading Italian, German and Spanish designers with a special emphasis on quality and comfort. 

 

To ensure the highest standards are met, each range and design has been personally hand-picked. The personal touch is very important to us and our stock is chosen with our customer's requirements in mind.

 

You can find Hotfooted Shoes at many county agricultural shows as well as local charity events and satisfied customers return each year to make regular purchases and to say hello.

Returns & Exchanges:

 

Please note that we only accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of date of purchase.

 

We ask that goods are returned unworn and unmarked (we recommend trying shoes on a carpeted floor).

 

Goods must be returned in the original box and packing which must not be torn or marked. We cannot accept any returned item which is not in the condition in which it was received. If there is any indication that the items have been used they will be returned to the purchaser un-refunded.

 

Postage is non-refundable.

 

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting for the appropriate value of the goods when returning them as we accept no responsibility for items lost in transit.

 

We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or reduced items.
